Lined up house built more than hundred years ago. On three levels and with two entrances: entrance-living room with fire place, wine cellar obtained in a natural cave, a kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has got: good water - electric and heating systems. New roof , walls made up of stones and stairs on wood and steel as you can see in the picture. The house does not need any restructuring job. It is situated at 800 m above sea level next to the National Park of "Gran Sasso Monti della Laga".
